Formal Fluttershy

I wanted to use my pink copic and new white gel pens somehow and I haven't drawn anything my little pony lately, so I drew a hu,an Fluttershy in a beautiful dess~!
I based the dress off of Belle from beauty and the beast with the yellows and ribbons.
I didn't know what to do with the background either until I put a rose and then I just started and then couldn't stop adding things
